Your meetings and your work, on one calendar
Syna³ lays your scheduled work over your real Google Calendar events in day, week and month views. Blocks are coloured by project with a dot for priority, so you can see what kind of day it is at a glance. Drag a block to move it, tap an empty slot to create one.
- checkDay, week and month views, every event editable in place
- checkSeveral Google accounts merged into one view, colour-coded by source
- checkPlanned blocks written back to a dedicated calendar — one click clears them
- checkA workload bar that splits each day into committed, flexible and free time
It knows which meetings you actually committed to
A meeting you declined, or one marked “free”, still shows on the grid but doesn't eat your capacity. The schedule you get is one you can trust instead of one you fight.
Focus time that colleagues can't book over
With the focus-time defender switched on, Syna³ writes your focus hours into Google Calendar as real busy time. Your booking page honours your working hours, notice period and a per-day meeting cap, so the calendar stays yours.
Questions
Does Syna³ replace Google Calendar?
expand_more
No — it sits on top of it. Your events stay in Google Calendar; Syna³ reads them, plans around them, and writes its own blocks to a separate calendar you can hide or clear.
Can it schedule meetings for me?
expand_more
On the paid plans, yes. Ask the assistant to book, move or cancel a meeting and it does it on your real calendar. There's also a booking page where guests pick a free slot.
Is it for teams?
expand_more
No. Syna³ is built for one person — no seats, no shared workspaces. That's deliberate: everything on the calendar is yours, so nothing needs configuring.
