What an AI planner should actually do
Most “AI planners” are a to-do list with a chat box. The useful part is the scheduling: taking tasks with a time estimate, a priority and a deadline, and placing them on a calendar so the week is something you can follow rather than something you re-plan every morning.
Syna³ does that placement for you. It reads your calendar's busy time, respects your working hours and the buffers you set between blocks, and packs tasks into what's left. Deadlines are hard limits, not suggestions.
- checkTime-blocks every task by priority and deadline
- checkSplits long tasks into blocks between your minimum and maximum length
- checkRe-plans on its own when a meeting appears or a task moves
- checkPin a block and it stays put — and shows as busy to everyone else
It tells you when the plan breaks
Every plan run produces an at-risk list: which tasks can't be fully placed before their deadline, how many minutes short, and why. Most planners silently push work off the end of the week. Syna³ shows it to you while there's still time to do something, with a one-click Resolve to move the deadline, shrink the task or raise its priority.
It works before you connect anything
Nearly every AI scheduling app is useless until you connect a calendar. Syna³ plans from your tasks and working hours alone, so it's useful in the first minute. Connect Google Calendar later and it simply starts scheduling around your meetings too.
And an assistant that can do the planning for you
On the paid plans, the assistant takes plain language — “plan my launch week” — and creates the tasks, books the meetings and breaks big projects into sequenced steps with deadlines, using your real calendar rather than a sandbox.
Questions
Is Syna³ free?
expand_more
The planner is free forever: auto-scheduling, the calendar, projects, saved views, documents and one connected Google account. The assistant, meeting notes, booking page and automations are on Personal ($14/month) and Plus ($24/month), both with a 14-day free trial.
Do I need to connect my calendar?
expand_more
No. Syna³ plans from your tasks and working hours on its own. Connecting Google Calendar adds your meetings so it schedules around them, and writes the planned blocks back to a dedicated calendar.
Does it work on my phone?
expand_more
Yes. Syna³ is an installable web app: add it to your home screen on iPhone, Android or desktop and it opens like a native app.
Which calendars does it support?

Google Calendar today, including several Google accounts merged into one view. Outlook calendars aren't supported yet.
