Calm, without the morning ritual
Sunsama is built around a guided routine: you pick today's tasks and drag them onto the calendar. That works when you have the time. Syna³ skips the ritual — tasks with an estimate and deadline get placed into your free time automatically, most urgent first — so you open the app and follow the day.
Honest about what won't fit
Sunsama asks you to be realistic about your workload. Syna³ does the arithmetic: a workload bar shows committed, flexible and free time for each day, and the at-risk list tells you which tasks can't make their deadline, by how many minutes.

Questions
Does Syna³ have a daily shutdown like Sunsama?
expand_more
Yes — the end-of-day wrap-up automation sums up what got done, what slipped and what tomorrow starts with. It's optional — one switch in Settings.
Does it import from Asana, Trello or Notion?
expand_more
Not directly. You can add tasks by hand, by voice, through the assistant, or with the REST API from tools like Zapier or Make.
Can I still plan by hand?
expand_more
Yes. Drag any block to move it, pin it to hold it, or create one by tapping an empty slot. Automatic placement fills in around what you've pinned.
